These Terms of Service govern the sale of digital products in the online shop cashbreath.com ("Shop").

1. Seller

The Shop sells directly to individual consumers (B2C) and, where indicated, to business buyers.

2. Definitions

Customer — any person who places an order in the Shop.

Product — digital content (e-book, worksheets, guides) delivered electronically, without a physical carrier.

Order — a purchase request submitted through the Shop's checkout form.

3. Products

The Shop offers the following digital products:

• Cash Breath — e-book (PDF), $9.99
• Cash Breath PLUS — e-book with bonus materials (PDF), $12.99

The exact contents of each package are described on the Shop's product pages at the time of purchase.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are final (no hidden fees). Payment is a one-time charge — no subscription or auto-renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Seller does not store full card data.

5. Placing an Order

You place an order by completing the checkout form and confirming payment. The sales contract is concluded when the payment is successfully processed by Stripe.

Before payment you must accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and acknowledge that digital content will be delivered immediately.

6. Delivery of Digital Content

After successful payment, the files are delivered electronically (download links sent to the email address you provided) — typically within a few minutes, and no later than 24 hours.

You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address. If you do not receive the files, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@cashbreath.com.

7. No Refunds for Digital Downloads

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase and checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any applicable withdrawal or cancellation right.

If you experience a technical problem with your files (e.g., corrupted download, missing attachment), please contact us at contact@cashbreath.com and we will promptly provide a replacement or assist with access.

8. Complaints and File Issues

If a file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, you may report the issue by email to contact@cashbreath.com, including: your name, the email used at checkout, order date, and a description of the problem.

We will respond within 14 days. Where a complaint is upheld we will provide a corrected file, restore access, or issue a refund at our discretion.

9. License

Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Product for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not resell, republish, share publicly, distribute copies to third parties, or remove author or Shop credits without prior written consent of the Seller.

10. Disclaimer

The materials are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Any financial decisions you make are solely your own responsibility. Past results described in the materials are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

12. Governing Law
